Payments are accepted at the Carmine State Bank BEFORE the 15th of the month.

Online Bill Pay

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. 

In person payments

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money order, debit cards and credit cards during business hours which are Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 4:30pm. Payments may also be placed in the drop box to the left of the front door of City Hall.
